Community Street Library
On 4 June 2019 the Yarrawonga Community Street Library was officially opened.
This community library is the initiative of staff member Annie and her two students Cooper and Bailey and their trusty friend Ollie (the black lab).
With the help of our Woodwork Senior students and Mr Dodd the community library was built.
To access this library simply follow these steps:
- Visit the library at 8 Gilmore Street (5 – 8 Gilmore Street).
- Open the library and see what is inside. If you like a book just take it and if you can replace it with a book you have at home that you no longer need or use.
- Close the library
- For a bit of fun upload yourself with a selfie and post on instagram to #coopandbailsstreetlibrary or #yarrawongap12college.
- If we receive a good response to this the aim is to install other street libraries around Yarrawonga.
